This house looks like it was flipped/remodeled. In a great, walkable location, but parking and noise probably get pretty bad when Primo market down the road has Taco Tuesdays and Fridays. It also backs up to Freeman st, which is both good and bad. The good is that there is a nice new development going in right behind it. The bad is that might drive further traffic behind the house. There are also quite a few homeless that hang out at the laundromat on Freeman a few blocks down.
