Community Guidelines & Review Policy

🏠1. Stay Relevant and Constructive

Your review should reflect your genuine experience with a property or neighborhood—whether as a renter, owner, neighbor, or visitor. We encourage clear, detailed, and useful feedback that can help others make informed decisions.

What's OK:

• Sharing your lived experience in a house, apartment, or neighborhood
• Describing issues with noise, management, maintenance, parking, etc.
• Commenting on your quality of life in the area

What's NOT OK:

• Venting personal grievances unrelated to the property
• Speculative or secondhand claims

🛑2. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

For the privacy and safety of all individuals, do not include PII in your reviews.

Prohibited examples:

• Full names of tenants, landlords, or neighbors
• Phone numbers or email addresses
• License plate numbers
• Social media handles or usernames
• Photos of people without their consent

🚫3. Absolutely No Doxxing or Harassment

Doxxing—publicly revealing someone's private or identifiable information—is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal.

This includes:

• Posting a person's address (outside the scope of property itself)
• Calling out individuals in a targeted, harassing way
• Coordinated attacks on residents, landlords, or other users

❗4. No Hate Speech, Threats, or Offensive Content

We do not allow any content that is abusive, discriminatory, or incites harm.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory remarks
• Threats of violence or harm
• Obscene or sexually explicit language
• Slurs or derogatory insults

🔍5. Be Honest — No Fake or Manipulated Reviews

We prohibit the posting of:

• Reviews written in exchange for compensation
• False reviews intended to harm a person or business
• Multiple reviews by the same user for a single property (unless updating a prior review)

We may remove reviews we believe to be fabricated, manipulated, or misleading.

🧠6. AI Summarization Notice

Your review may be included in summaries generated by AI. We do not alter the meaning of your words, but we may paraphrase and aggregate content to help users understand common themes. By submitting a review, you consent to this use.

⚖️7. Moderation & Reporting

We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines, or that we determine to be harmful, inaccurate, or out of scope.
